• as a fact witness in New York in an insurance coverage litigation among Combustion Engineering, Inc., Security Insurance and CIGNA;
• as an expert witness in Akron, Ohio in a legal fee dispute brought by a client against a major and well-known New York City law firm;
• as an expert witness in New York for Lloyd's of London in an insurance coverage ADR brought pursuant to the Wellington Agreement by a major asbestos manufacturer involving hundreds of millions of dollars worth of coverage;
• as an expert witness in San Francisco for Fireman's Fund in an insurance coverage litigation brought by a major west-coast asbestos product manufacturer involving more than one hundred million dollars worth of coverage;
• as an expert witness in New York for a hotel owner against a law firm alleged to have over-charged that client for services rendered and disbursements incurred;
• as an expert witness in St. Paul, Minnesota for CIGNA, AIG and other occurrence carriers in $1-billion breast implant insurance coverage litigation;
• as an expert witness in Los Angeles for one of two companies involved in a complex corporate dissolution regarding rights to $35 million worth of insurance coverage held by a predecessor entity.
